Pinchi’s is where delicious food, handcrafted drinks, and good humans collide, all in a setting that’s just the right kind of cozy.

Led by chef-in-residence Chantael Takeuchi, our small plates are packed with flavour, made for sharing (or not, we don’t judge!), and crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

OUR MENU

Nestled at the base of the mountain, Pinchi’s is the kind of place you
stumble into after a big day out, and end up staying for hours.

Our menu changes weekly, shaped by seasonal produce and Chantael’s creativity, but you’ll always find our cult favourites on the “Always On” list - see below - which
will be edited for seasonal updates by 15th December.

Wagyu - fresh romesco sauce, new potatoes, black vinaigrette

Roasted pork belly - eggplant puree, fresh made peanut milk & Kakuni

Grilled cabbage - kewpie mayo, furikake

Grilled sweet potato - black garlic gastrique, furikake

Fried chicken wings - tossed in a homemade sweet togarashi glaze

BBQ carrots - carrot and black sesame puree, mikan glaze

Japanese eggplant - homemade hummus, fresh cilantro

Warm marinated cucumbers - tofu, and a sprinkle of nori

Warm mochi cake - homemade apple jam, fresh whipped cream

Our Cocktails

  • Gin Frizz

    Our most popular Brueys cocktail. Gin, fresh lemon juice, and Aquafaba… shaken to perfection!

  • Pinchi’s Momo

    Tequila, Aragoshi Momo (Japanese peach wine), Campari, and a juicy orange slice. Pure sunshine in a glass.

  • Pinchi’s Pick-Me-Up!

    Like an espresso martini… but better. Fresh coffee, Kahlua, Nikka Black whisky, and Grand Marnier… shaken to perfection!

  • Fetty Spritz

    Our take on a Japanese Aperol Spritz, named after the most fun, bright, and wonderful human, Jess Fett. Champagne, Martini Bianco, Kimino Mikan, Campari, and a fresh orange slice.

  • Bloody Mary

    Vodka, lemon juice, tomato juice and you pick the spice level. The perfect wake-up or après fix.

  • Spicy Marg

    A fiery favourite. Tequila, jalapeño juice, classic marg goodness. Salted rim or not, your call!

  • Hey Tommy!

    Gin, locally made Hare Cola, Kimino Yuzu sparkling soda. Crisp, citrusy, and mountain-fresh.

Chantael is a Japanese-American chef currently based in Los Angeles, CA.

Drawing upon her heritage, experience in professional kitchens, and an emphasis on building personal relationships with local farmers and food purveyors, she offers food that celebrates culture and landscape.

Chantael believes that food is our anchor to lineage, to place, and a way for us to slow down time and connect with one another.

We can’t wait for you to join us at Pinchi’s, where Chantal’s cooking becomes a bridge between culture, community, and connection.
