Chantael is a Japanese-American chef currently based in Los Angeles, CA.
Drawing upon her heritage, experience in professional kitchens, and an emphasis on building personal relationships with local farmers and food purveyors, she offers food that celebrates culture and landscape.
Chantael believes that food is our anchor to lineage, to place, and a way for us to slow down time and connect with one another.
